Gregory James, Executive Producer

Under the Direction of Executive Producer and Publisher Gregory James, our program is supported by top legitimate model and talent agencies, casting directors, managers and other top industry professionals to help guide aspiring talent and their parents in developing the tools for success by allowing our instructors, through an interactive environment, to meet, motivate and network with aspiring talent and their parents with the hopes and expectations to develop ones skills for success.

Our philosophy is that SUCCESS is not given, it is earned and only the serious need apply, while the rest can keep dreaming.

To understand our philosophy, you need to understand how our program came about... The Camp is taught under the direction of Executive Producer Gregory James. Gregory, who is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Media Arts and who has worked on such movies as Days of Thunder, Prince of Tides and Wild Hearts Can't be Broken.  Gregory moved to New York City to pursue his passion for modeling and acting after receiving a modeling contract with the then famous mens agency, ZOLI. While he started acting and modeling, Greg went on to sign with eight (8) agencies across the United States including ones in Atlanta, Chicago, Milwaukee, Greensboro, Los Angeles, Washington DC. While living in New York, Greg began working for the industry recognized publishing company, Peter Glenn Publications and by the age of 27, bought the industry giant and still runs the publishing division today. In 2001, returning to his production roots, Gregory launched ESB Productions and has worked with major magazines such as CosmoGIRL, Seventeen, ELLEgirl and clients such as Rampage, MasterCard and Universal Studios. Gregory is the creator of the well-known So You Want To Be A Model Contest (www.soyouwanttobeamodel.com) that has been featured on E! News with Ryan Seacreast and has discovered top stars as Amber Heard (Pineapple Express, The Informers, North Country), Shelby Keeton (Abercrombie, American Eagle, Hollister, Urban Outfitters), Elizabeth White, Angelica Rodriguez. Greg has worked with such celebrities as Niki Taylor and fashion designers Nicky Hilton and Project Runway's Daniel Vosovic.

Gregory now travels the country and is producing a one-day acting workshop program titled "A Day with the President" with John D'Aquino, who plays President Martinez on Cory in the House and Hannah Montana and a 5-day acting camp titled "Camp Hollywood" in Los Angeles with John D'Aquino, Rondell Sheridan and Disney Casting Director Joey Paul. While traveling, Gregory and John visit with elementary, middle and high school students across the country sharing our philosophy, encouragement and motivation, while teach life skills and performing arts to kids and teenagers.

Gregory currently lives in Delray Beach, Florida.
